Public Drainage Informational meetings have been converted to virtual meetings, allowing citizens to listen and participate. Each informational meeting is an informal setting which allows the public to ask questions and make comments concerning the proposal. More… The Blue Earth County Recycling and Education Committee meets on the first Monday of each month at the Environmental Services Office located on third floor of the Government Center at 410 S. 5th Street in Mankato. All applicants must be residents of Blue Earth County and have an interest in recycling and the environment. In addition to committee meetings, volunteers help plan and take part in educational activities/events throughout the year.
