I am a contractor. Do I need a commercial hauler license to haul construction and demolition (C&D) waste to the Pilgrim Landfill?

No. A County Solid Waste Hauler license is not required when hauling C&D waste to a C&D landfill. However, if you collect C&D waste and bring it to the Ponderosa, you may need a hauler license, because the Ponderosa is an MSW landfill.
