About the Center

Overlooking the Minnesota River, the land for this park was donated by Williams Pipeline and developed by the Mankato Area Foundation. Williams Nature Center features:

  • 1.5 miles of hard-surfaced nature trails
  • Two overlooks
  • Self-guided interpretive stations
  • Outdoor classroom
  • Heated interpretive center / log cabin that can be used for classroom discussions, group meetings, and family functions


Park Rules

  • Pets, bicycles, skateboards, and motorized vehicles are prohibited
  • Strollers, wheel chairs, cross country skis, and snowshoes are permitted
  • Williams Nature Center opens at sunrise and closes at dusk
  • Please help keep this park clean and in its natural state!
