On 3/11/2023 at approximately 0030 hours Dominique Lamar Breham 07/15/1988 was arrested after he was found in possession of purported cocaine weighing 62.6 grams and 790 suspected counterfeit oxycodone pills believed to contain fentanyl, described as blue in color, imprinted with M30.
Breham was most recently released from prison on October 10th, 2022, and was placed on Intensive Supervised Release with the DOC to finish out his sentence which expires on October 4th, 2023. Breham’s prior charges consist of controlled substance and weapons violations.
Breham who is known to MRVDTF agents as a source and distributor of narcotics was observed as a passenger in a vehicle. Breham was sitting in the vehicle that was parked in a parking lot for off-campus student housing. Agents noted that other persons would approach the vehicle Breham was occupying, get in, and exit after a short time. Agents collaborated with Blue Earth County Deputies as they suspected Breham was engaging in criminal activity specifically drug/narcotics dealing. Deputies accompanied by Breham’s ISR DOC Agent located the narcotics concealed on Breham’s person.
Breham was transported to the Blue Earth County Jail.

• 2 counts of 1st-degree-controlled substance sales
• 2 counts of 1st-degree-controlled substance possession
