The Blue Earth County park system provides boating access to the following lakes and rivers:

  • Lura Lake
  • Duck Lake
  • Lake George
  • Eagle Lake
  • Blue Earth River
  • Le Sueur River
  • Watonwan River

Boat Rentals


  • Bray Park, (507) 243-3885, offers  canoe and kayak rentals for $6 an hour.  Rentals are dependant on caretaker availability and wind conditions.
  • Rental to persons under the age of 16 years is not permitted.
  • Life jackets must be worn and are furnished by park personnel.
