Access to the county's real estate records is available online. In Blue Earth County, the computerized index of real estate documents recorded since January 1, 1999, are available.

Laredo
This program is designed for users who consistently search in a single county. Each county requires its own contract with users for this service. To search, you must first sign up and obtain a user name and password. Follow these steps:
- Sign up and obtain a user name and password for Blue Earth County by downloading and completing this contract for online access.
- Log onto Fidlar after notification from Blue Earth County that your account is set up
- Select the “Laredo” link to download
