Citizens are the government, and by getting involved you can have a direct impact on the quality of life in Blue Earth County. Some citizen opportunities are paid, while others are on a volunteer basis. Blue Earth County citizen committees and boards make recommendations to the
County Board of Commissioners. Other citizen opportunities include participating as an election judge or becoming a foster parent.
