The Minnesota Department of Agriculture - Best Management Practices (Ag-BMP) Loan Program provides low-interest financing for noncompliant wells, providing certain eligibility requirements are met.
To obtain a low-interest loan from Blue Earth County, approval is needed from two local agencies, Blue Earth County Soil and Water Conservation District and Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources. Application forms are provided by each office.
